3. Push notifications: This app can receive notifications and use an unique and anonymous identifier (UID)
   provided by Apple (APNS) or Google (GCM) to receive the notification.
4. Permission: This app can use the CAMERA permission to scan QRCode (no data sent over the network). This app can use the LOCATION permission to work with the maps.
5. Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, Arebbusch Travel Lodge, its staff, owners and management shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or otherwise in connection with your use of the website or any information, services or content displayed.
6. Arebbusch Travel Lodge makes use of Google analytics to track activity on this app. In addition thereto, Arebbusch Travel Lodge also utilizes the Google Analytics User-ID feature. The User-ID feature allows Arebbusch Travel Lodge to associate engagement data from different devices and multiple sessions, so that we can better understand how users interact with our content over an extended period of time. By using this app, users grant Arebbusch Travel Lodge express permission to track their browsing actions on this app along with their data. Data tracked however expressly excludes the users personal identification.
7. Arebbusch Travel Lodge will only track other data, such as place, time and origination sources, along with google ID’s.  If a user does not wish to have Arebbusch Travel Lodge track this data, a user should not use this app.
8. Arebbusch Travel Lodge will session stitch users authenticated and unauthenticated sessions. By using this app a user provides Arebbusch Travel Lodge with their express and implied consent to do so.
9. Please take note that all personal details provided on this app will only be used for the purposes for which they were provided. Arebbusch Travel Lodge will only make use of an individuals personal details for marketing purposes in the event that prior consent is attained. Arebbusch Travel Lodge will always allow an individual to see / provide an individual with a copy of the details which Arebbusch Travel Lodge is holding on an individual. Arebbusch Travel Lodge will only hold on file an individuals details for long as what Arebbusch Travel Lodge is required to hold them on file for by statutory regulations.

12. Use of this app and any resulting court processes will be governed, construed and take effect in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia and any arising matters will be heard in courts in the Khomas in Namibia.
